Dr Bree Morris 

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Bree Morris graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 2014. Returning to the beautiful Sunshine Coast after her studies, Dr Morris worked across Nambour General Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and surrounding satellite hospitals from 2015 to 2022.

During this time, Bree spent three years as an Orthopaedic Registrar (PHO) and completed rotations in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Cardiology and General Medicine. She is now a qualified GP.

Dr Morris’ main areas of interest include orthopaedics, preventative care, weight management and travel medicine. She is passionate about delivering patient-centred care, with a strong focus on education, prevention and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Dr Bree Morris will be consulting patients at the Balance Fracture Clinic, providing expert assessment, fracture management and ongoing orthopaedic care.

Dr Anthony Reynolds 

MBChB, FRACGP

Originally from New Zealand, Dr Anthony Reynolds joined Tewantin Medical Centre in early 2023 and now brings his broad medical expertise to Balance Orthopaedics. With a background in surgical specialties and emergency medicine across Queensland, Dr Reynolds has worked continuously in the medical field since becoming a doctor in 2011.

At Balance Orthopaedics, Dr Reynolds plays an integral role in our orthopaedic fracture clinic, combining his surgical experience with a strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine, injury management, and patient recovery. He is also a surgical assistant to orthopaedic surgeon Dr Robinson one day a week, providing valuable continuity of care for patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures.

Outside of work, he enjoys making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, often out exploring with his young family.

Nicola 

Certified Orthopaedic Cast Technician

Nicola is a Certified Orthopaedic Cast Technician with over 25 years of hands-on experience. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Orthopaedic Technologists, Nicola has specialised in advanced casting techniques and the training and mentoring of junior staff. She has served as a senior cast technician at two major hospitals and has provided private casting services for more than 20 years.

Now based in Noosa, Nicola brings her expertise, compassion, and professionalism to our fracture clinic, offering patients high-quality, comfortable, and efficient care. She is particularly known for her skill in applying waterproof casts — ideal for the active, outdoor lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. Whether you’re managing a simple fracture or a complex injury, Nicola is the go-to expert for tailored, reliable casting solutions.

Outside of her professional life, Nicola enjoys snow sports, motorbike adventures, gardening, fine food, and mead.

Jane 

Registered Nurse

Jane is a Registered Nurse who, after years as a midwife, made a career shift to focus on work-life balance and family. In 2025 she helped establish the Balance Fracture Clinic, where she now works as a nurse, combining her clinical expertise with hands-on patient care.

Jane balances her role at the clinic with raising four children and enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors.
